 Pre/Post Natal Fitness

Exercising during pregnancy provides many benefits.  

  • prepares you for the rigors of labor and delivery
  • prepares you for recovery and adjustment after birth
  • provides relief of pregnancy discomforts
  • improves posture
  • aides digestion

During your pregnancy, Elite Personal Fitness will work closely with you, conferring with your health care team as needed to modify your fitness program to reflect your changing body, energy & medical needs. 

After you give birth, Elite Personal Fitness will work with you to help you discover your post pregnancy body, and help you to ease back into your fitness routine.  As you regain your pre-pregnancy strength and fitness level, your program will be modified to reflect your goals and needs. 

All exercises follow the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) guidelines for safe exercise during pregnancy.
