All the above items are important to accomplishing our everyday activities.  As we get older, it is vital to take care of ourselves and to follow a regular fitness routine.

Exercising your body on a regular basis will help to ensure that as you age you continue to be able to enjoy life and accomplish your activities of daily living.

Elite Personal Fitness will work with you, consulting with your health care team as needed, to create a customized program for your needs.  All programs incorporate exercises that work to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, balance and flexibility.  As your goals and needs change, your personalized program will be adjusted to reflect them.

Programs include initial fitness assessment, customized program setup, and weekly sessions all in the comfort of your home.

Individual and partner training sessions available.  Training sessions can be held one, two or three times a week.
