customized program for your needs. All programs incorporate
exercises that work to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength,
balance and flexibility. As your goals and needs change, your
personalized program will be adjusted to reflect them.
Programs include initial fitness
assessment, customized program setup, and weekly sessions all in the
comfort of your home.
Individual and partner training
sessions available. Training sessions can be held one, two or
three times a week.
