What is Pilates?
Pilates is a classical, systematic, integrative type of fitness
training that is beneficial to men & women, young or old, athletic
or sedentary. It
is a system of body conditioning that is both gentle and athletic, known
for its "feel good" and body transforming benefits.

Yes. Elite Personal Fitness will

as a starting point. As your fitness partner, we will work with you to
ensure that you are seeing improvements and working up to your
potential.
What equipment do I need?
Many people have achieved peak
fitness levels with little or no equipment. A couple of dumbbell
weights or an exercise band are all that is needed for a good start for
strength training. As your training needs change, additional equipment may be
needed. Robin will help you select and
purchase the best equipment for your personalized workout.
For Pilates, the only equipment you need to begin is a mat.
