About Us

Elite Personal Fitness was founded by Robin Resnick in 2002.  Robin's areas of specialties include general health & fitness, Pilates, pre/post-natal women, older adults, Breast Cancer rehabilitation, & nutrition & weight management.  Her philosophy is to help improve her client's quality of life by partnering with them.  Robin's passion for fitness and nutrition allows her to assist her clients in achieving their goals while staying motivated. By combining different types of exercise into a personalized fitness program, I am able to guide my clients to attain a lifetime of optimal heath. A competitive swimmer while growing up, Robin now enjoys her fitness on dry land.
